- Manage rooms, student records, rent charges, balances and receipts. Add staff and choose what they can access.
- Staff and caretakers
- Sign in with the account provided by management. Use the tools assigned to your role, such as visitor and outing records.
- Students
- View your own room details, rent statement, receipts and hostel messages after management approves your account.
Already staying here? Request access using the details on the hostel register. Management checks your identity and approves the account before you can sign in.
Installing the app is free. Online payments and automatic messaging depend on the services connected for each hostel. Internet is needed to use current records.

- Tap Install app above if it appears. Otherwise tap Chrome's three dots (⋮) beside the address bar, then Install and create shortcut → Install. Some versions show Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Confirm the on-screen instructions. Find MMAMBUGUA HOSTEL on your Home Screen or in your app list.
iPhone or iPad · Safari
- Open mmambugua.studentshostels.com/install in Safari.
- Tap Share, or open the page menu and choose Share.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. Scroll through the actions or use Edit Actions if it is hidden.

- Choose your account. Owners and staff use their own sign-in details. Students choose the tenant sign-in option.
- Sign in and continue. The app uses the same account and records as the website. Installing it does not create another tenancy or change your rent.
